1. Overview

GameLedger provides reservation and venue-management software for board game cafés and similar venues. By making a booking or otherwise using GameLedger, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Bookings

Reservations made through GameLedger are subject to the policies of the venue you are booking with, including availability, cancellation, and any payment or deposit terms shown to you at the time of booking. Providing accurate contact details helps the venue confirm and manage your reservation.

3. SMS messaging program

If you opt in on the booking form, you agree to receive booking confirmation and reminder text messages from the venue you booked with, sent via GameLedger, at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of making a booking.

• Program description: transactional booking confirmations and appointment reminders only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies and depends on your booking activity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opting out: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message and then no further texts.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@gameledger.io.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized manner.
