How does the BGG import work?▼
Search a title, pick the match, and BoardGameGeek (BGG) fills in player counts, play time, complexity and box art, plus a how-to-play video when BGG lists one (you can add your own link to any game). Or upload a CSV of titles (we give you a template) and BGG fills in the details in the background, a few seconds per game, so keep the tab open while it works.
How are game conditions logged?▼
When guests check out from the table QR, they can flag a missing piece or damage with a quick note. It lands on your dashboard, where you confirm it (hide the game, or show guests a 'may be missing pieces' heads-up) or dismiss it. Staff can also mark a game Out of service from the library, and it drops out of guest recommendations right away.
What analytics do I get about my library?▼
GameLedger logs the games your tables pick in the app and shows total plays, average session length, your top games, 'hidden gems' guests rate highly but rarely pick, and games nobody has played in 90 days, with a quick Retire button.
Can I track multiple copies of the same game?▼
Yes. Set how many copies you own and GameLedger tracks how many are on tables or held for a booking, so the game picker only suggests a game when a copy is actually free. Condition and notes are kept per game, not per box.
